Yay Yay Yay..I finally passed..overjoyed

Yay passed my driving practical test....felt so happy...Dear must have suffered under my moody days preceding the test...givin him a treat..finally a load off my heart and time to mend my torn pocket after the intense drivin that got mi real broke...its over...finally...

Have nothing much to blog recently...no mood to take pics too many things on my mind..aniwae this is wat dear got for my family for new year..this is done by his mom..professional work hehe...ok gotta go catch my webcast bye..to be continued

Today didnt realli do much...did a pizza for dear and went to his house...as he laze around and slept till noon time.... due to the range session yesterday which only allowed him to hit his bed at 12 midnite...so we played xbox and i did a clearance for his wardrobe for the comin chinese new year...Yup and yesterday i jus attended a facial session at my house opposite...im still evaluating the results of it..haha...actually its ok lah...

Its been a long long time since i updated my blog liao...haven been doin anything excitin recently..school work and assignments are pilling and im catchin up on them...Yest went with dear to Suntec and guess what, there i met Shuhui and her bf, Wil...Dear and mi went to Suntec and i bought durians at Carrefour and some other food stuff..dear bought 2 shirts for new year and 1 bought one for my dad...hope he likes it...i try to take more pics so that my blog will be more exciting k...and i will organize a gp gathering next week k...call u gals to set a time for swimming k....hope to c u all realli soon...if u all dun wan to swimmin we can meet up for dinner?

I better start updating again in case i get accused of forsakin my blog ha.. Yesterday went with Dear and sis to Parkway after school and we had dinner at the Parkway parade hawker centre..I had tom yam soup which doesnt, in any way taste like it, it was extremely hot and i gave up after drivin a few mouths or sips i should say....so i shared with Dear his Char Kway Tiao( is it spelled this way...Hmm..) and my sis had fish soup and we shared fried oyster..the food wasnt nice...Aniwae today went with dear to CDP to open an account, and had kway chap at Lau Pa Sat which was v nice...subsequently we went to China Square to view a shop front opened by his ns brother...its a juices and smoothie shop selling fruits stuff i think...and after went on a shoppin spree to suntec and bugis for his CNY clothes...

Bored..

Jus started school this week..but this week onli consists of lectures...altho it have been so, i'm v bored!!! arrrr... seemingly unmotivated with the thick stack of notes and assignments waiting for my perusal and mid-term tests..which i dread to look...its studyin again...i have to constantly remind myself...i have been snacking and slackin around lately...feeling F.A.T and H.E.A.T.Y..leading such an unhealthy lifestyle wasnt my intention, yet i feel the stress creepin' up on me..causing me to consume more to alleviate the stress :( Buck up, that' s what i have to do...*mentally demoralized, fatigue*

To Bugis again

BUGIS AGAIN!

I made multiple trips to Bugis durin this 1 month of holiday period...

Today went with Dear to Bugis and pampered ourselves by havin lunch at V8, our favourite eating corner in Bugis...BUT our tastebuds went for a change today...hehehe Dear had SEAFOOD PINEAPPLE RICE and both of us think it sucks, and I had BLACK PEPPER SPAGETTI, which is ok, quite nice...both r hot stuff..I think the Chicken Baked Rice, the Fish and Chips, and the Chicken Chop, Cutlet are those on my recommended list...try them if u visit V8 esp the Baked Rice its better than those at Swensens(a v subjective opinion by MiNe!)Aniwae Dear signed up Max Online at StarHub today and the promotion gives away a DESKTOP!(Monitor, CPU, keyboard)..excellent promotion right..tho its Pentium 3(upgrades r available), so dear grabed the offer...on top of that he can view 4 preallocated SCV channels..like Discovery channel, MTV, National Geographic etc...I m green..but aniwae i have an added entertainment at his house...yippe :)

Im more interested in the Food module..Food is a social phenomenon: what constitutes food and, therefore, what can be eaten; how it is to be prepared, presented, and consumed; with whom you eat and so forth express complex relationships to class, ethnicity and gender. This course will uncover the complexity behind an everyday life material that affects and effects multiple social networks, wherein food is both the material and symbol by which class, race/ethnicity, sex/gender are socially constructed. This module is mounted for all students throughout NUS with interest in food and society.
Looks interesting..its a high demand modules which restricts 80 students only..hope I will enjoy it this semester...Counting down 4 more days b4 I'll be in S.T.R.E.S.S. M.O.D.E once again...lookin forward to it my hectic life once again..altho i will hav to miss my late mornings, and my meetings with Dear but each sem meets a day nearer to the day i graduate...

HaPpY NeW YEaR!

Hi HaPpY NeW YeAR to everyone!!! Its a New Year cant believe it sch gona start again...My drivin sessions too...ok dump away the unhappy stuff for now...

For the past days I have been enjoyin myself eatin, goin to count down..which was rather fun i must say...On New Year's eve, in the afternoon dear and I went to Sakura restaurant opposite City hall mrt for lunch, for dinner, Dear's relative treated us to The Kuali Buffet at the Convention centre for dinner...Hmm It was yummi..I think i ate more desserts than the core food I usually consume ..other than that it has got clayfish, crab, prawns, blar blar, and I even made rojak myself which tasted awful :P..But the ambience was nice, dimmed lights.. and we even got party gift surprises which comprises of party hats and some party accessories to perk up the New Year atmosphere i guess....As for the coundown I had with dear's campmates I didnt take pics cos didnt really noe anyone there..so it wasnt nice...Aniwae today we went to Suntec again and filled our stomachs at Crystal Jade Kitchen at my Dad's expense..Oops! For the bill which mounted to $150++bucks..I think its too expensive for the serving size...but the food is nice I must say..Thumbs up for the taste...:)
