Yesterday sis and I took a day off from work to attend my godbrother's ROM...It was the first time I attended the solemnisation ceremony of an intending couple. Witnessing this union in matrimony was indeed an eye opening experience. My Godbro and his 'to-be wife' was lucky to be the selected couple to pledge their love for each other in the VIP room which would normally cost $328 for a mere 15minutes but they got it for absolutelyFREE! but the condition or one should call it a privilege was they would have many more witnesses besides their closed ones, relatives and friends, as 20 plus trainees stood by to witness this ceremony too...The bride and groom were simply shy and anxious under the gaze of 30plus pair of eyes.
It was a simple and sweet affair...and the day concluded with a buffet dinner at Paramount Hotel...the food was fantastic, consisting of baked cheese and bacon oysters, duck in egg skin, ostrich meat, Buddha jump over the wall...many delicacies that contribute to the cholesterol levels but once in a blue moon, such indulgence realli feels good...if i have a chance i would realli like to bring my parents there...hope i find my ideal permanent job v soon:p
Sat will be the buffet lunch..if i manage to catch any pics i will post them k...Ronson will be the photographer tomorrow so i will probably have pics to post soon..so stay tuned..
