Its the weekend again..

Its work demands these days that are keeping me pretty occupied...nevertheless i can see myself learning new things like interviewing candidates plus engaging in a more management role.. things that happen always has 2 sides to it and it is certainly what you make out of it that makes you see things in positivity and derive satisfaction from it. Some how, I have learnt to pyscho myself to perceive things on the bright side since things arent gonna get better when engaging in complains cos its like an unhealthy and dangerous vicious cycle that will insidiously affect the people around you and yourself, so why not appreciate life and reward yourself to feel better :P does that justify my retail therapies..hehe

My Training Manager said yest:

"No Company gives out this kind of bonus this year. Know that you are working for one of the best companies in the world and by mid 2010, we are No. 1 Insurance Company in Japan."

These words made me appreciate my work more and find meaning in the workplace where everyone aspires to share the same goal in a consolidated approach.

Jia you for your v v final examination in your life. Give your best shot like you always did and the best will be installed for you. So dun worry about all things and leave it to take its course k. I will always support you in whatever you do.
